I am a solicitor and manage the Verdict Partners Law Firm.

I graduated with an LLB from Coventry University in the UK (honours) and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands (cum laude diploma). I also completed postgraduate studies in competition law at the Institute of Legal Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. I regularly participate in training courses in my professional areas.

I handle civil and criminal cases and provide ongoing legal support — from case analysis, through pre-litigation actions, to representation before the courts. I advise both individual and business clients, including foreign nationals conducting business or investing in Poland. I also specialise in real estate transactions and related legal matters

In my work, I focus on solutions that are truly effective and appropriate to the client’s situation, avoiding unnecessary or excessively costly proceedings. I operate transparently – I communicate and explain every step of the case in a simple, understandable manner.

In 2023, Wolters Kluwer Polska published my book “Commercial Real Estate Lease and Rental: A Practical Guide.” I regularly provide commentary and opinion pieces for media outlets, including Onet, Interia, Money.pl, Business Insider, Subiektywnie o Finansach, Gazeta Krakowska, and Monday News. I also publish articles and analyses on the firm’s blog, focusing on practical legal issues relevant to businesses and individual clients.

Before establishing my firm, I worked with Polish and international law firms, gaining experience in handling litigation and serving individual and business clients, including cross-border matters.

Thanks to my international education and experience, I am fluent in both written and spoken legal English, allowing me to effectively handle cases and serve international clients.
